Since his start in the ag industry as an investment analyst over 15 years ago, Stanford graduate Jefferson Hillman has proven himself a principled leader with strong operational acumen. Previously the Chief Financial Officer at JDH, he oversaw the accounting, banking, insurance, IT, HR, legal and safety credit teams for five years. As a current board member of the National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA), he helps advocate for practices and policies that move the agribusiness industry forward. Today, Jefferson, named after the founder of JDH, represents the fifth generation of family involvement in the business. He’s driven to continue building on 137 years of history while preserving the company legacy of integrity and always striving to do right by customers and employees.
